Consumers are entitled to the following right of withdrawal. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.

A. Right of Withdrawal

 

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us

by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but it is not required.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

 

Additional Information on Returns and Value Reduction

In particular, items that show signs of wear, odors, damage, or are returned without original tags may be subject to a reduction in value or may be refused.

Reduced items are excluded from voluntary returns or exchanges. This exclusion does not affect the statutory right of withdrawal.

 

Consequences of Withdrawal

 

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you excluding shipping costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day the returned product and your withdrawal notice have been received by us.

We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless explicitly agreed otherwise; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
